charity sponsores as you can! and head out for an adventure of a lifetime by driving along the
old Silkroad to Mongolia!We did it from Denmark to Mali, Africa in a 1987 Pajero last year and are now planning a SilkRoad BangerChallange for charity and adventure. Already we are two teams from Denmark driving old Saab 900 (being prepared as we speek).

We are on our own! We will have NO SUPPORT vehicles, there will be no search & rescue, only two drivers pr. car (you might need to pickup stranded team). This is NOT a race to cross the finishline first; but to get EVERYBODY across the finish line in good spirit. Your car WILL brake down, you will be ripped off, you my risk your health and life but as Julian Nowill said
"No money, No sense, No worries!"We will be stopping in Usbekistan at orphanges and giving away toys, school equitment etc before we hopefully enter China. If or when the cars cross the finishline in Mongolia - the cars are to be auctioned off where the money will go to charity. However we need to find a trustworty NGO organisation first. You are more than welcome to use your adventure as a fundraiser for any charity in your own country or any country we pass - just make sure the funds go to where it counts!
We hope the challange will take around 4-5 weeks which allow for resting days, breakesown days and delays. We have a budget off 20000dkr but hope to getway with less
We are starting in Aarhus, Denmark in late August and can arrange for Rallying Point all along the EU - and aim for either the Nurenburg ring or somewhere in North East Austria.
